Holiday 2017 Return Policy

All orders placed between November 29th - December 25th, 2017 may be returned for store credit until January 5th, 2018. Orders placed outside that time frame will be subject to the standard return policy. Sale items are still final sale.

Shipping

We are now offering FREE shipping for all orders of $25 or more and ALL shoe purchases! If your order does not equal $25, we offer flat rate $4.99 shipping for all clothing items, or $2.00 flat rate shipping for all jewelry items.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should contact sales@dixiemagnoliaboutique.com for return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns

Clothing and Accessory Returns - You have 7 days after you receive an item to be eligible for a return or exchange. You have up to 30 days after you receive the item to be eligible for a return with store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any tags or accessories must still be attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shoe Returns - We will be offering a 7 day return policy on all shoe purchases! If your shoe does not fit when it arrives, email sales@dixiemagnoliaboutique.com with your order number, and we will give you details on returns as well as your return label. Outside the 7 day window, you have up to 30 days after you receive the item to be eligible for a return with store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any tags or accessories must still be attached, and shoes must be in their original box and packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Everything in the formal section and any sale item is FINAL SALE.

Policies

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
